Oppy peaks at Fresh Summit
In mid-October, the annual Produce Marketing Association Fresh Summit drew our global growers, retail partners and media friends together with Oppy people to explore opportunities, share ideas and plan for the future.
While we got down to business at dozens of grower and retailer meetings, other highlights included a standing-room-only industry session on food safety facilitated by Doug Grant; TJ Wilson’s graduation from PMA’s Emerging Leaders program; recognition of Kori Martin’s 40-Under-40 achievement; Caitlin Klueber, Marc Serpa and TJ braving the heat and humidity in the Center for Growing Talent 5K race, and a gathering friends at Orlando’s famed Ice Bar to celebrate our 160th anniversary.
