Pretty in pink…

This new globe variety is a natural mutation discovered by the Chimenti family in Chile. It has a smooth pink skin and white interior, is even sweeter than the traditional Red Globe variety (+3-4 degrees more on the brix scale, or 18-20 brix) and has smaller seeds. Limited volume. PLU 4636.
