A plane filled with 100 tons of cherries–about half of them bound for Oppy customers–winged its way from Neuquen, Argentina directly to Miami last weekend for the first time ever. This historic flight enabled the fruit to move directly into the market, without being trucked for eight hours to Buenos Aires and flying from there. Sweet!

These beautiful yellow plums with a striking pink blush on the tips have just arrived from Chile. Lemon plums are named for their resemblance to the lemon shape and color but their taste is completely opposite. Lemons plums are extremely sweet and juicy. The pretty pink blush on the tip reddens and covers more of the plum, letting you know the fruit interior is amber, succulently sweet and ready to eat. Limited volume, get them while quantities last.
